RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your purchase with 305 Broadcast and want to ensure that your experience with us is an excellent one.

You may return any or all of the equipment you purchased for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The following information will help answer any questions you may have regarding our return policy:

-          Any merchandise that was purchased from 305broadcast.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery if it remains UNOPENED.

-          If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days and we will issue you a refund less shipping charge.

-          All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by 305 Broadcast before any products are returned. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by filling this form and sending it to us.

-          If a product is returned after thirty (30) days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

-          Any products that have been OPENED and not used may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, in this case a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover any repackaging or maintenance fees that may apply to the product.

-          Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost that may apply when returning the product using the most convenient shipping methods available (we suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking).

-          If the product was damaged in transit to you, please REFUSE IT, and contact us.

-          Non-stocking items are subject to our approval. Please, do not send your equipment without our previous authorization.

-          The refund will be issued in the same payment form used for the initial transaction.

-          There are NO RETURNS on software.
